52-week window. A name lists when today’s close is the highest (or lowest) of the trailing 252 sessions — the same test the Market Pulse breadth panel counts, so the two pages can never disagree.

Closing basis, not intraday. Finviz’s screener uses the intraday 52-week extreme, so its lists run slightly longer than ours. A stock that pokes through mid-session but closes below does not count here.

Filters. Price over $5 (matching the linked Finviz screener) and a broad liquidity floor. Funds and ETFs are excluded — index and leveraged ETFs top out together and would swamp the list.

Full history required. Names with less than a complete 52-week record are left out rather than reported on a shorter window — a 3-month high is not a 52-week high.
