Two-step funnel: (1) tracked ETFs ranked by ΔRS — today's RS percentile minus its 1-month value — surfacing where capital is rotating into fastest. (2) Inside each leader, its top holdings ranked by fund flow (today's volume vs 20-day average) and their own ΔRS — the stocks actually receiving the inflows.
Every ETF we track, ranked 1–99 on relative strength. Names marked ● are the ones the book may actually buy. The two lists differ on purpose: letting the book pick its five from the full leaderboard was tested over 2010–2026 and it took the return from 14.1% to 9.8% a year while deepening the worst fall from −35% to −53%. A wide list is useful for seeing where money is moving and destructive for deciding what to own.
